Free Consultation

If you’re considering therapy, we’ll start with a brief phone consultation.

This is a chance for you to share a little about what’s been going on and ask any questions you have about the process. I’ll also help you get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure to commit, it’s just a starting point.

In Session

The first few sessions are about getting a clearer understanding of what’s been feeling difficult and what you want to be different.

We’ll look at patterns in your thoughts, relationships, and the pressure you may be putting on yourself. From there, we’ll begin finding ways to help you feel more steady, grounded, and less caught in overthinking.

Sessions are conversational and collaborative. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time or have the “right” words.

Fees + Insurance

$135 per session

I work with several insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United, Kaiser, Quest, Carelon, and Oxford.

Depending on your plan, this may reduce or fully cover the cost of sessions. We can review your specific coverage and estimated costs during your consultation.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
